CCC and NWC Sign the Contract of Operating the Unified Call Center

On Thursday, March 7th 2019, Contact Center Company (CCC) and National Water Company (NWC) have signed an agreement of fully operating NWC’s Unified Call Center.

The agreement has been signed by both Mr. Abdullah Al Zahrani - CCC CEO, and Eng. Mohammad Mowkley - NWC CEO.

Under this agreement, CCC will manage and operate NWC’s unified call center and provide its professional services to enrich customer experience over the next three years.
